D.A. Quaglia, a former pharmaceutical researcher and college professor of organic chemistry, is a new author of speculative and contemporary fiction. His stories explore themes of loss, injustice, female empowerment, and the healing power of friendship and new-found love. His years of teaching have instilled in him a deep appreciation for engagement through evocative language—an insight that now fuels his fiction. With numerous published scientific papers and patents to his name, he understands the beauty of storytelling and the need for writing that draws in an audience.
